Terms of Service

ZeroLag routes the network traffic of supported games over our private network to help reduce latency, jitter, and packet loss. Results depend on factors outside our control — your internet provider, hardware, location, and the game server — so we cannot guarantee any specific improvement, and ZeroLag is not a replacement for a reliable internet connection.

We may add, change, or remove features, supported games, or network locations at any time to keep the service running well.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to use ZeroLag. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 7-day refund on your first paid period if ZeroLag does not work for you. Prices may change, and we will give you reasonable notice before a change applies to your renewals.

You agree not to use ZeroLag for anything unlawful, to resell or share access beyond your plan’s device limits, to interfere with or overload our network, or to attempt to access parts of the service you are not authorized to use.

ZeroLag does not modify game files, memory, or inputs. You remain responsible for following the rules and terms of any game or platform you use.

Codes and promotional offers have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may expire or be withdrawn. We may void codes that are obtained or used in error, fraudulently, or in breach of these Terms.

ZeroLag and its software, branding, and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the application and service while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software except as allowed by law.

ZeroLag is not affiliated with or endorsed by the game publishers or platforms it supports. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and your use of their games remains subject to their own terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular latency or performance result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroLag will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using ZeroLag and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the service or other users. If we end your access without cause, we will refund any prepaid period that you have not used.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use ZeroLag after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where relevant.
