This Privacy Policy explains what information ZeroLag Systems, Inc. (“ZeroLag”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service and to keep it secure.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email and basic profile details, handled through our authentication provider when you sign up or log in.

Billing information: plan and payment status. Card details are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.

Connection & performance data: technical metrics such as latency, jitter, packet loss, chosen game and network location, and connection timestamps. We use these to route traffic and improve quality.

Device & app information: app version, operating system, and basic diagnostics needed to deliver and troubleshoot the service.

Support messages: anything you send us when you ask for help.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, optimize routing and performance, process payments, provide support, keep accounts and our network secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not inspect or store the contents of your game or internet traffic — we route it. We do not use your data for advertising profiles.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run ZeroLag — for example authentication, payment processing, hosting, and analytics — under agreements that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ZeroLag and its users. If our business is transferred, your information may move with it under this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, and security needs. Technical and performance logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted or aggregated.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly if an issue arises.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and Türkiye’s KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage core account details from your account, or contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use them for advertising.

9. International transfers

ZeroLag operates a global network, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable law.

10. Children

ZeroLag is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone who is below the minimum age in their country. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you.
